a drink of Tom gin; mix this well;

a bottle of plain soda.
Mix well and serve.

In a very long cut glass the juice of two limes,
a spoonful of powdered sugar,
a good dash of Seltzer; dissolve this well;

pony of Santa Cruz rum,

glass of California claret; mix this..
Fill your glass with ice; ornament with slices of orange and
pineapple, and ice-cream, and top off with strawberries or other
berries in season.
