Typical client engagements are comprehensive in nature and all health and welfare-consulting services are included

We have including supporting materials with examples of our reporting, wellbeing dashboards, compliance materials,
strategic planning and communication materials in the exhibits section.
CBIZ is pleased to continue the current compensation arrangement for the remainder of 2017. Effective January 1,
2018 fees will increase from $37,500 per year to $41,250 plus commissions defined in question seven above.
In the event that the Kauffman School or any other known or unknown organization drastically changes the
employee profile of the Foundation, CBIZ will make proportionate adjustment to the fees. This includes advance
notice and in cooperation with the foundation.
**It is important to note that in the event the Kauffman School divests from the control group fees should be
reevaluated for the Foundation and the School.
