Question: Can the ONB voucher be redeemed more than once?
Answer: We’d love to, but management won’t let us! Only one voucher redemption per
funded contract. The vouchers are assigned a unique code and therefore can only be
used one time.
Question: How does the dealer know what the dealership’s benchmark is?
Answer: The dealership can view their benchmark by visiting and logging into
OperationNewBlue.com.
Question: How does the dealer know if the dealership has earned an ONB
voucher?
Answer: The dealership will receive a fax notification every time a voucher has been
earned and can be accessed on OperationNewBlue.com. The dealer can also view how
many contracts are needed to earn the next voucher.
Question: How does the dealership receive the ONB financing assistance from GM
Financial? How will funds from the cash option be distributed?
Answer: The completed voucher must be included with the contract package.
Where APR option is selected, the APR may not be reduced below 0.9%.
Cash Option redemptions will be funded weekly by GM Financial via ACH.
Question: Do the used cars have to be GM vehicles?
Answer: That’s always a plus, but no. Any used vehicles contracted at the GM
dealership and funded through GM Financial contribute to earning your next voucher.
Contracts approved with a buy rate below 8% APR are not eligible.
Question: Is there a deadline to submit contracts with vouchers?
Answer: Yes. The contract must have an application date within 60 days of voucher
issue AND must be funded within 30 days of approval date.
Question: Are the ONB vouchers redeemable for all credit score customers?
Answer: The voucher can only be redeemed for contracts that have a primary applicant
with a CB score of 619 or lower.
Note: For joint applications, the co-applicant is NOT considered.
Question: Must the ONB voucher be used with GM Financial’s subvention
program?
Answer: The voucher can be used with both GM Financial’s Alternative Subvention
program and standard pricing program. GM Financial Traditional Subvention program
contracts are NOT eligible for ONB or
earn
POWER incentives.
