Treasury: Creating, Editing or Copying a User Role
1.
Click the Amount action.
2.
Enter the Maximum Operation Amount the User can approve on the transaction.
3.
Click the
OK
button when you are finished making changes.

Click the Accounts action.
2.
Select the group or accounts the user has authorization to use.
3.
Click the
OK
button when you are finished making changes.
Part 4 of 7: Choosing the Maximum Draft Amount
If you have Manage Company Policy rights, choose the maximum amount of funds
that can be drafted per transaction. This cannot exceed the company policy.
