Description

GIPL aims to connect the gas transmission systems in Poland and Lithuania and, consequently, enable the integration of the isolated gas markets in

the Baltic States (and Finland) with the Polish and EU gas markets. This will contribute to the creation of a regional gas market, enhancement of

competition and the security of gas supply. The project will also provide an access to the global LNG market for the Baltic States via the LNG
