The rate offered and number of rooms agreed upon will be available to book via booking link, by telephone
or online until the date of release. If you require guestrooms after the date of release, please contact he

Method of Payment
Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals (telephone, movie, etc.) a credit card
will be required to guarantee at time of booking. A third party authorization will be required if the guest will
not have the card present at time of check in.
Cancellation Policy
Rooms can be cancelled up one week prior to check in.
Any reserved rooms in your group block that neglect to cancel one week prior to check in and do arrive for
their stay will be charged a one night stay applicable to taxes and taxes and charged to the credit card
provided for payment.
