Group and Event Support Support a group of individuals
alongside City of Surrey adapted program instructors in adapted sports,
adapted social recreation programs, and events. Programs or events
include Sledge Hockey, Fun for Kids, Adapted Sports Tournaments.
One to One Support After participating in a 1.5 hour
mandatory One to One Support training session, volunteers can support
an individual participant or volunteer in a program and provide them
with the support they need to successfully participate in activities.
Programs include Art Explorers, Kids Who Cook, Day Camp Support,
Volunteer Support and more!

Are you interested in volunteering and require support in one
or more of the following areas?
Individuals requiring support can apply to the SPIRIT
Volunteer Program and be matched with another volunteer
to support them. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
When applying, you will provide the information necessary
for how to best support you to be successful as a volunteer.
Areas where volunteers can sign-up to volunteer are
City-Wide Special Events, Friends of the Forest, Heritage
Services, Partners in Parks, Recreation Programs, and more.
