Soccer
G
irls soccer club is a young club at
USD. The club was founded with
the idea that every year girls do not
come to USD because there is no soccer ·
team for them.
The clubs practices three times a week
and has a game every Saturday. The soc–
cer club plays other womens teams in the
Peninsula Women's Soccer League. The
league is made up of teams sponsored by
91X, not necessarily college people. Tara
Allgood, president, feels, "It's going really
well. Our goal is to become intercollegiate
soon." Tara is hoping to achieve their goal
next year.
