SILVER FIZZ
Put the beaten white of one egg, half a table–
spoon of powdered sugar and four dashes of
lemon juice into a tall glass. Fill the glass with
shaved ice, over which pour one wine glass of
gin. Stir thoroughly and drain the liquid into
another highball glass. Fill up with seltzer or
Vichy.
GOLDEN FIZZ
Mix the yolk of one egg, well beaten, with
one wine glass of gin or whiskey, add one tea–
spoon of powdered sugar and four dashes of
lemon. Fill the glass with seltzer or Vichy.
