Selective Call Forwarding

Receive only the calls you want when you’re away

Selective Call Forwarding makes pre-selected calls reach you when you’re away

from the home or office. Simply program in the phone numbers of the calls you

don’t want to miss, and Selective Call Forwarding will send calls from those

numbers to you. All other calls will get your answering machine or voice mail.

How To Use Selective Call Forwarding

1. Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.

2. Press

*

63. (On a rotary phone, dial 1163.) A recording will tell you if the

service is off or on and then give the following options:

• Dial 0 for instructions.

• Dial # to add an entry.

• Dial

*

to delete an entry.

• Dial 1 to hear the entries on the list.

• Dial 3 to turn the service off or on.

When Someone Calls

• If your service is turned ON, and the caller is on your forward list, the call

will be re-routed to your “forward-to” number. If the caller is not on your

forward list, the call will ring at your home as usual.

You may press 1, 0, # or

*

at any time rather than wait for voice instructions.

The list you create here is separate from any other lists you may be using for

Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Rejection, Distinctive Ringing/Call

Waiting and similar services.

This service can work with Call Forward (all calls). Numbers on your selective list

will follow you to your Selective Call Forward number. All other calls you receive

will be routed to your regular Call Forward number.
