3. Results

3.1 Precision

The standard performance requirement 2014.002 stated an analytical range of 0.03 to 5.0 g/100g

reconstituted final product and a repeatability (RDS

r

) ≤ 6%.

All products from the Test Materials Kit were screened for fructans and 4 products were positive.

Each sample was analyzed in double on 6 different days so 12 analyses in total per sample.
