Amplifier Delivers 25W Pout
from 700 to 6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZHL-25W-63+ is a
Class AB high-power connectorized
amplifier providing 25W saturated
output power over the 700 to
6000MHz band, ideal for a
variety of high-power test setups
as well as applications such as
communications, radar and more.
The ruggedly-designed amplifier
provides unconditional stability
and built-in protection against
reverse polarity, excessive drive,
and overheating. It is capable of
withstanding short and open loads
while delivering 20W of power at
the output. This model provides
53dB gain with ±4.0dB flatness, and
+45dBm IP3. It operates on a +24V
supply with 7A typical DC current
consumption and comes housed
in a rugged, aluminum alloy case
(5.6x8.8x1.2”) with SMA connectors
and an optional heat sink and fan
attachment for cooling.

Reflectionless High Pass Filter
Passes 2900 to 8700MHz with
High Stopband Rejection
Mini-Circuits’ revolutionary X-series
reflectionless filters now include two
and three section designs, giving
you ultra-high stopband rejection
for applications where suppression
of strong spurious signals and
intermods is needed. New model
XHF-292M+ has a passband from
2900 to 8700MHz and stopband
from DC to 1950MHz. The filter
provides 0.7dB passband insertion
loss, 1.2:1 passband VSWR up to
7100MHz, and stopband rejection
of 36dB. Stopband VSWR of 1.2:1
results in minimal stopband signal
reflections. It also provides excellent
power handling of up to +32dBm in
the passband and +35dBm in the
stopband. Fabricated using IPD
process technology on GaAs, the
filter comes housed in a tiny 4x4mm
QFN package.
Mini-Circuits’
X-series
of
reflectionless filters employs a
novel filter topology which absorbs
and terminates stopband signals
internally rather than reflecting
them back to the source. This
new capability enables unique
applications for filter circuits
beyond those suited to traditional
approaches.
Reflectionless
filters eliminate stopband signal
reflections, allowing them to be
paired with sensitive devices such
as mixers and multipliers without
the need for extra components like
attenuators, significantly improving
system performance and saving
board space.
