Mini-Circuits’ KAT-D series of MMIC
precision fixed attenuator dice
extend coverage to a wide array of
applications from DC to 43.5GHz
including 5G systems, microwave
communications, satellite, defense
and aerospace, and more. These
fixed-value, absorptive attenuators
are fabricated through highly
repetitive MMIC processing with thin-
film resistors on GaAs substrates and
achieve ultra-wideband performance
with a single, contiguous ground-
plane, simplifying installation into
customer hybrids. Model KAT-2-D+
provides 2dB attenuation with ±0.6dB
flatness, 2W RF power handling, and
1.1:1 VSWR. KAT-series attenuator
dice are available in gel-paks of 5,
10, 50 and 100 KGD as well as partial
and full production wafers.

assembly. Model SLC-6FT-SMSM+
is 6 ft. in length and provides low
insertion loss (1.6dB to 1GHz; 8.8dB
to 18GHz) and excellent return loss
(34.1dB to 6GHz; 29.9dB to 18GHz).
SLC-series spaghetti cables are
available off the shelf in a variety
of lengths with SMA connectors to
meet your needs.

20dB Coupling from DC to
6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ RBDC-20-63+ is a
surface mount RF signal power tap
with a wide frequency range fromDC
to 6000MHz, covering all the major
wireless communications bands.
This model provides 20dB nominal
coupling with ±1.3dB flatness,
1.35dB mainline loss, and 20dB
typical return loss. It is capable of
handling up to 0.25WRF input power
and comes housed in a miniature
plastic case (0.25x0.31x0.16”)
with wraparound terminations for
excellent solderability.

Mini-Circuits’ SCPS-4-62+ 4-way
0° surface-mount power splitter/
combiner covers frequencies from 1
to 650MHz, covering a wide range
of applications including VHF/UHF,
GPS, andmore. Thismodel provides
maximum input power handling of
1W (as a splitter), good matching
VSWR of 1.1:1, 1.0dB insertion
loss, and 26dB isolation. The splitter
produces nearly equal output
signals with 1° phase unbalance
and 0.3dB amplitude unbalance.
Housed in a shielded package
measuring 0.74x0.44x0.19”, the
SCPS-4-62+ splitter/combiner is an
