Wideband Coaxial LNA,

Matched from 0.5 to 12GHz

Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-123LN+ is an

ultra-wideband connectorized LNA

providing low noise figure of 2.4dB

across the entire 0.5 to 12GHz

frequency range, supporting a broad

range of applications including WiFi,

LTE, S-Band radar, C-Band and

X-band SatCom, instrumentation

and more. It delivers 17dB typical

gain with ±2.4dB flatness, P1dB of

+16dBm, and +28dBm. The amplifier

achieves good input and output

return loss over its full frequency

range without any external matching

componentry required. It operates on

a single +12V supply with low current

consumption and comes housed

in a rugged, compact unibody

case (0.74x0.75x0.46”) with SMA

connectors.

multiplier provides a multiplication

factor of 3 converting input

frequencies from 9 to 12MHz into

output frequencies from 27 to 36MHz,

local oscillators, satellite up and down

converters and more. This model

provides typical conversion loss of

14dB, high rejection of unwanted

harmonics (-60dBc at F2 and F4). It

comes housed in a miniature surface

mount package (0.25x0.31x0.16”)

ideal for dense circuit board layouts.

from 20 to 1000MHz

Mini-Circuits’ ZABT-80W-13+ is a high

power coaxial bias tee capable of

handling up to 80WRF input power from

20 to 1000MHz. Capable of handling up

to 5A DC current, this model is ideal for

high-power systems requiring DC feed

on the RF line such as remote antennas

and repeaters. It provides 0.6dB typical

insertion loss, 1.2:1 VSWR, and high

DC-RF isolation up to 70dB. The unit

comes housed in a rugged aluminum

alloy case (3.00x2.06x2.03”) with SMA

connectors and heat sink included for

efficient cooling.
