Application:

If there is no compressed air available where the vacuum clamping plate is to be

used, we recommend using the AMF rotary vane vacuum pump. It ensures reliable continuous

operation of the clamping plates used. Thanks to its small design, the pump can be attached

directly to your machine.

Scope of delivery:

Vacuum pump with suction-side fine sieve filter, oil mist separator, switch

valve for rough or fine vacuum operation, anti-vibration buffer and first oil fill, no gas ballast.

Rotary vane vacuum pump

Application:

The liquid separator effectively removes the condensate from the vacuum

clamping system and protects it from soiling.

Benefits:

• Removes 99 % of contained liquid

• Maintenance-free

• Reduces system's operating and maintenance costs

• Easy to install (in front of the vacuum pump)

Scope of delivery:

Liquid separator, vacuum filter, mounting unit, ball valve,

connection 1/2" AG – 15 mm. Plastic tube ∅ 15 x 12 mm (2 m length), coupling

socket and double nipple.

Liquid separator with vacuum filter

Design:

Silicone sealing cord, anthracite-coloured. Shore hardness 8-13°.

Application:

The sealing cord is inserted in the groove to delimit the clamping surface.
