Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC
90° Hybrid, 2500 to 4500MHz
Mini-Circuits’ QCN-45+ is an ultra-
small ceramic surface-mount 90°
hybrid supporting applications from
2500 to 4500MHz including MMDS,
defense communications and more.
This model provides 0.5 dB insertion
loss, 19dB isolation, 3° phase
unbalance and 1.0dB amplitude
unbalance. It is capable of handling
RF input power up to 15W and comes
housed in a 1206 LTCC package
with wraparound terminations for
excellent solderability. It’s the perfect
building block for buffering circuits
from reflective elements, push-pull
amplifiers, and other cases where
90° phase offset is needed.

Mini-Circuits’
Reflectionless High-Pass Filter
Die, XHF-1162-D+
Mini-Circuits is pleased to offer our
revolutionary reflectionless filters in
bare die form from stock, allowing
customers to integrate the filters
directly into their hybrids with minimal
space requirements. Mini-Circuits’
XHF-1162-D+ is a reflectionless high
pass filter with a passband from 11.6
to 40GHz and stopband from DC to
9.1GHz. The filter provides 1.3 to
1.8dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1
passband VSWR, 11-21dB stop band
rejection, and 1.4:1 stopband VSWR.
It can handle RF input power up to
2W in the passband and 0.5W in
the stopband. Fabricated using IPD
process technology on GaAs, the
filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm
QFN package.
Mini-Circuits’ X-series of
reflectionless filters employs a novel
filter topology which absorbs and
terminates stopband signals internally
rather than reflecting them back to the
source. This new capability enables
unique applications for filter circuits
beyond those suited to traditional
approaches. Reflectionless filters
eliminate stopband signal reflections,
allowing them to be paired with

and multipliers without the need for
extra components like attenuators,
significantly improving system
performance and saving board space.
Reflectionless filter dice are available
from stock in gel-paks of 5, 10 , 50
and 100 KGD, and in partial and
