with an attenuation range from 0 to

31.75dB in 0.25dB steps and a wide

frequency range from 9kHz to 6GHz.

The device operates on a single +3

to +5V supply and features a 7-bit

parallel control interface. Its control

lines are buffered by Schmitt triggers

allow a wide range of control voltage

levels, and its novel architecture

limits RF output power spikes during

attenuation transitions to 0.3dB,

eliminating the risk of transient spikes

damaging sensitive components

in your system. The attenuator

comes housed in a rugged, unibody

case (1.2x1.18x0.46”) with SMA

connectors and base-mount brackets

for easy mounting in your assembly.

MNA-5W+

MMIC

amplifier covers the 0.5 to 4.5GHz

frequency range, supporting a wide

variety of applications including

cellular, SatCom, defense and more.

This model provides high active

directivity (17-23dB), making it

suitable for use as a buffer amplifier

and minimizing interaction with

adjacent circuits. It delivers 19dB

typical gain, P1dB up to +14dBm,

3.1dB noise figure, and IP3 up to

+23dBm (at 5V operation).

The MNA-5W+ can operate on a

single supply voltage from +2.8 to

+5V, giving the user flexibility to

reduce power consumption with low

voltage operation or to maximize

P1dB and IP3 with +5V operation.

It integrates the entire matching

network and the majority of the bias

circuit inside a tiny 3x3mm MCLP

package, simplifying circuit design

and saving board space. It has HBM

Class 1A and MM Class M1 ESD

ratings and moisture sensitivity rating

of MSL 1, minimizing special handling

requirements on production lines.

our offering of surface-mount

couplers with a new series of

stripline-based models providing

extremely high power handling

in a miniature, low-profile printed

laminate form factor. New model

MBDC-13-63HP is a bi-directional

coupler which achieves 100W RF

power handling and 2A DC current

handling for applications from

2000 to 6000MHz including power

amplifiers, antenna feeds, military

systems and more. The coupler

measures only 0.56x0.20x0.051”

and provides 13dB coupling with

0.1dB mainline loss, 23dB return

loss, and 20dB directivity. The unit

has a wide operating temperature

range from -55 up to +105°C,

making it suitable for use near high

power componentry where high

temperature is common.
