Foam Rolling
Offset your high intensity training
with our foam roller class. Foam
rolling helps improve posture,
reduces the risk of muscular
injury by loosening up the con-
nective tissue, releases tension
from trigger points and increases
blood and lymphatic circulation.
Increase your core stability and
strength with specific exercises
on the roller and correct muscle
imbalances. By freeing tight
muscles and releasing fascial
adhesions you will improve the
mobility and the stretch reflex in
muscles of your body.
