Designed to strengthen the car-
diovascular system, tone muscles
and boost balance, flexibility,
endurance and speed. You will
use dumbbells, resistance bands,
foam rollers, bosu’s, steps and
bikes. Exercises can be modi-
fied to accommodate all fitness
levels.

Core N Cuts+
Fridays 9:00 - 10:15 am
A Core based exercise class
intermixed with HIIT Cardio us-
ing balls, Bosus, bikes, bands
and body weight to carve curves
tighten butts, sculpt abs, and
melt body fat.

Boot Camp Blast+
Tuesdays 10:30 - 11:45 am
Thursdays 9:00 - 10:15 am
In this sweaty bootcamp workout
you’ll get your butt kicked with
a mix of equipment based and
bodyweight only exercises. This
dynamic class combines cardio,
functional training and condition-
ing exercises. It’s all about work-
ing hard, facing a challenge and
getting results! Get ready to blast
every part of your body with an
intense circuit training class!

Strength
Mondays &Wednesdays

New to spin or prefer a change of
routine? This class will offer a mix
of spinning followed by core ex-
ercises culminating with a good
overall stretch!

Kick and Core+

A high energy mixed impact
workout with a combination of
boxing and kick boxing moves
modified for safety and enjoy-
ment mixed with targeted core
training using a variety of equip-
ment.

Sizzling Saturday+
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:15 am
Join us for a fun class guaranteed
to make you sizzle! Kick things
off with 50 minutes of low impact
aerobics combined with some
super stylish dance moves. Finish
with a 20 minute segment of core
strength and soothing stretches.

Power Spin & Beyond
Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
A high intensity, low impact class
that will blast away the fat. Be
ready to workout through a vari-
ety of phases: warm-up, steady
cadences, speed sprints, hill
climbs, and cool-downs as well
as body work done off the bike.

Cycle N’ Lift
Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Combine the cardio of indoor
cycling with the power of weight
lifting. This class will move on
and off the bikes for maximum
benefit. Along with cycling, par-
ticipants may use hand weights,
body bars and resistance bands
as part of the resistance work
out.
