WARNING OF ANABOLIC STEROIDS
The following warning must be posted in the locker rooms of each of the district’s school buildings that
include any grade higher than sixth grade:
“Warning: Improper use of anabolic steroids may cause serious or fatal health problems, such as heart
disease, stroke, cancer, growth deformities, infertility, personality changes, severe acne, and baldness.
Possession, sale, or use of anabolic steroids without a valid prescription is a crime punishable by a fine
and imprisonment.” O.R.C. § 3313.752.

LIST OF MINORS EMPLOYED
No minor may be employed unless the school district keeps on the premises a complete list of all
minors employed by the school district at a particular establishment and a printed abstract to be
furnished by the bureau of employment services. The list and abstract must be posted in plain view in a
conspicuous place which is frequented by the largest number of minor employees, and to which all minor
employees have access. O.R.C. § 4109.08(A).
MINIMUM WAGE LAW
The school district must post a summary of rules and regulations approved by the administrator of the
bureau of employment services in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises.

conspicuously in its place or places of employment notices which will be furnished in adequate number
