A school district board of education, county DD board, or eligible nonpublic school operating a licensed
school child program must post the Ohio Department of Health’s communicable disease chart in a
conspicuous place for staff reference. Ohio Admin. Code Section 3301-32-08 (C)(5).
7. OMBUDSMAN CONTACT INFORMATION
A school district board of education, county DD board, or eligible nonpublic school operating a licensed
school child program must post in a conspicuous place visible to parents the name and telephone
number of the Ohio Department of Education’s ombudsman. Ohio Admin. Code Section 3301-32-05
