Mini-Circuits’ ZGBDC20-33H+ is a
connectorized high-power bi-directional
coupler capable of handling up
to 50W RF input power across
the 300 to 3000MHz range. This
model is a perfect choice for high
power applications like transmission
signal monitoring, antenna
reflection monitoring, and test and
measurement setups for high-power
device characterization. It provides
20dB coupling with ±0.2dB flatness,
low mainline loss of just 0.15dB,
28dB return loss, high directivity of
25dB, and DC current passing up
to 3A. The coupler comes housed
in a rugged IP67 weatherproof case
(5.58x2.45x1.00”), ideal for outdoor
applications in harsh environments,
and SMA connectors at all ports.

Filter Passes DC to 300MHz
with High Stopband Rejection
Mini-Circuits’ revolutionary X-series
reflectionless filters now include two
and three section designs, giving
you ultra-high stopband rejection
for applications where suppression
of strong spurious signals and
intermods is needed. New model
XLF-42M+ has a passband from
DC to 300MHz and stopband from
660 to 1000MHz. The filter provides
2.3dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1
passband VSWR, stopband rejection
of 34dB from 660 to 6800MHz and
49dB from 6800 up to 10000MHz.
Stopband VSWR of 1.3:1 up to
6800MHz results in minimal stopband
signal reflections. It also provides
excellent power handling of up to 7W
in the passband Fabricated using IPD
process technology on GaAs, the
filter comes housed in a tiny 5x5mm
QFN package.
Mini-Circuits’X-series of reflectionless
filters employs a novel filter topology
which absorbs and terminates
stopband signals internally rather
than reflecting them back to the
source. This new capability enables
unique applications for filter circuits
beyond those suited to traditional
approaches. Reflectionless filters
eliminate stopband signal reflections,
allowing them to be paired with
sensitive devices such as mixers
and multipliers without the need for
extra components like attenuators,
significantly improving system
performance and saving board space.

Precise Attenuation Slope
Control from 50 to 1220MHz
Mini-Circuits’ VAEQ-1220+ 50Ω
surface-mount voltage variable
equalizer enables precise attenuation
slope control to accurately linearize
devices over frequencies from 50
to 1220MHz. This model operates
on a 5V supply and has a control
voltage range from 0 to 7V. High
IP3 of +55dBm and low deviation
from linear loss (±0.2dB) provide
very low signal and power distortion
over the full bandwidth. In CATV
systems, the VAEQ-1220+ allows
operators to compensate for cable
loss without needing to physically
measure cable length, significantly
reducing time and resources
deployed in the field. The equalizer
comes housed in shielded surface
mount package (0.39x0.39x0.15”)
with wraparound terminations for
excellent solderability.
