This topic has been dealt with in the part of the
Committee's Eighth Interim Report entitled Service of
Court Documents by Post. This Report, as already
mentioned, was published on 20th March last.
In regard to the remaining topics mentioned in
your letter, namely (f) General pleadings and (h)
Modernisation of High Court procedure, it is expected
that these will be dealt with in future Reports.
