The following was among the business transacted :
Medical examinations in workmen's compen
sation cases. Medical reports to insurance
companies
The Council on a report from a committee
appointed Messrs. Goldberg, Lanigan and MacGarry
as a deputation to meet representatives of the Irish
Medical Association to discuss the question of the
nature and scope of medical examinations in work
men's compensation cases by doctors on behalf of
the insurance company. It was also decided that the
