Mini-Circuits’ ROS-1000C-519+
surface mount, fixed frequency
voltage controlled oscillator supports
applications at 1000MHz including
wireless communications, military,
and avionics. This model provides
linear tuning characteristics with
tuning voltage from 0.5 to 5V, tuning
sensitivity of 5MHz/V, and 3dB
modulation bandwidth of 80MHz.
It also provides -1.0 dBm power
output, low pushing (0.01MHz/V),
low pulling (0.06MHz) and low
phase noise (-125dBc/Hz @ 10kHz
offset). The VCO comes housed
in a miniature, shielded package
(0.5x0.5x0.22”) making it an
excellent candidate for dense PCB
designs.

Mini-Circuits’ TC1-1T-75X+ is a
75Ω surface-mount, DC-isolated
transformer with a secondary center
tap, covering the 5 to 120MHz band,
supporting upstream bandwidth
requirements for DOCSIS 3.1
systems and equipment. This model
provides a 1:1 secondary/primary
impedance ratio and is capable
of handling up to 0.25W RF input
power. It provides 0.2dB insertion
loss, 28dB return loss, 0.2dB
amplitude unbalance and 2° phase
unbalance. Featuring core and wire
construction mounted on a 5-lead
plastic base with tin over nickel
termination finish, the unit measures
0.15x0.15x0.16” to accommodate
dense circuit board layouts. It also
incorporates Mini-Circuits’ Top Hat®
feature for faster, more accurate
pick-and-place assembly.

4400MHz
Mini-Circuits’ RKK-4-442+
frequency multiplier provides a
multiplication factor of 4 converting
input frequencies from 900 to
1100MHz into output frequencies
from 3600 to 4400MHz, supporting
applications including synthesizers,
local oscillators, satellite up and
down converters and more. This
achieves low conversion loss of
24.5dB while maintaining high
rejection of unwanted harmonics
near its F4 output (F3, 23 dBc;
F5, 31dBc). It provides RF input
power range from +19 to +23dBc,
and comes housed in a miniature
shielded surface mount package
(0.50x0.50x0.18”), ideal for dense
circuit board layouts.

Combiner, 700 to 3000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ SEPS-3-33+ 3-way
0° surface mount power splitter/
combiner covers frequencies from
700 to 3000MHz, providing an ideal
solution for applications including
cellular, GPS, PCS, and more. This
model provides maximum input power
handling of 4W (as a splitter), good
output matching with 1.1 VSWR,
1.0dB insertion loss, and 20dB
isolation. The splitter produces nearly
equal output signals with 2.5˚ phase
unbalance and 0.2dB amplitude
unbalance. Housed in a shielded
case measuring 1.25x1.00x0.20”, the
SEPS-3-33+ splitter/combiner is an
excellent fit for dense circuit board
layouts.
