Handling from 3500 to
11000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ NCR2-113+ is an
ultra-wideband LTCC ceramic balun
transformer supporting a wide range of
applications from 3500 to 11000MHz
including point-to-point radio, ISM,
radio navigation, SatCom and more.
This model provides an impedance
ratio of 2:1, 0.5dB insertion loss, 1.0dB
amplitude unbalance, and 9° phase
unbalance (relative to 180°). It provides
RF input power handling up to 3W and
comes housed in an ultra-small LTCC
package (0.08x0.10x0.04”) providing
excellent repeatability, temperature
stability, and outstanding reliability.

fixed attenuator provides precise
attenuation over an extremely
wide frequency range from DC to
40GHz, supporting a wide variety of
applications. This model provides
3dB fixed attenuation with excellent
attenuation flatness across its
entire frequency range, input power
handling up to 2W, and 1.20:1 typical
VSWR. It features rugged, stainless
steel construction and small size
(0.88”x0.36” dia.) with 2.92mm-F to
2.92mm-M connectors.

Coupler Achieves 0.4dB
Mainline Loss and 4W Power
Handling from 2300 to
2600MHz
Mini-Circuits’ D17IA+ is a MMIC
directional coupler supporting
applications from 2300 to
2600MHz. This model provides
17dB nominal coupling with 4W RF
input power handling and 0.4dB
mainline loss, making it suitable
for sampling outputs of power
amplifiers, transmitters and other
high power circuits. It provides
14dB directivity, enabling accurate
sampling of the thru-signal with
minimal measurement error.
Manufactured using silicon IPD
technology, the D19GA+ features
a built-in 50Ω termination on the
isolated port and provides excellent
ESD protection (Class 1B HBM).
The coupler has an operating
temperature range from -40 to
+105˚C making, allowing it to be
used near high power componentry
with reliable performance. It comes
housed in a tiny 6-lead package
(3.1x3.0x1.6mm), saving space in
tight PCB layouts.
