This course is appropriate for ALL levels of leadership

who are directly responsible for the performance and

development of others (Field Leader through Executive

level).

Situational Leadership is a well-grounded and respected employee development model. It focuses

on developing flexible / situationally appropriate leadership skills. This one day course provides

leaders with the knowledge and skills to increase employee self-direction and self-support, resulting

in improved employee performance and satisfaction.

Supports the following “Leaders do” competencies...

Provide engaged and supportive leadership

Provide formal employee development

Support high expectations of success and advancement

Participants must consistently lead, and be responsible for

the development of at least one employee.
