This one day course incorporates a 360 Degree Leadership Survey to assist participants in
identifying their leadership strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement. Participants
leave the course with a detailed short / long term action plan for increasing their leadership
effectiveness.
This course is best suited for those who are
currently leading others. It is extremely valuable
for team level leaders, from the superintendent
through the executive leader level.
