are Emerging Leader Program members.
This two day leadership development opportunity is for those mid-level leaders who have been
identified as high potential future senior leaders within our family of companies. The lab content is
similar to the semi-annual Leader Labs.
Since attending the Lab, I have noticed a change in
myself. I am more aware of some of the things that I have
done in the past, which may have hindered my growth
and employee ownership at my branch.
