National Bronze & Metals (NBM) is a
manufacturer and master distributor of
brass, bronze and copper alloys and has
brought together a complete range of
copper alloys specifically for the welding
and roll forming industries. This family of
high strength aluminium bronzes is used
for a wide variety of applications, such as
roll forming rolls, pipe forming mandrels,
wiper dies, pipe bending and welding rolls.
It also stocks a wide range of RWMA
Class II, III and IV rod, bar and plate.
NBM has now commenced operations in
its new state-of-the-art foundry located in
Ohio (USA). The foundry is now rated as
the top producing continuous cast foundry
in the US. This facility utilises both vertical
and horizontal computer-aided casting
processes to manufacture a very broad
range of continuous cast copper alloys.
It now holds substantial inventories of a
huge variety of bronze, brass and copper
alloys in its various warehouses in Toulon,
France, Houston, Texas and Lorain, Ohio.
This enables the company to service its
customers with prompt deliveries most often
with next day service.
NBM is proud to be an ISO 9001-
2008 certified company and has maintained
its certification since 1999. It is currently
working on its AS 9100 accreditation, which
it intends to complete by September 2011.
