A number of Approaches to Learning are a continuous part of English teaching practice. These include: taking notes in class, developing good study habits, becoming active
listeners, asking and answering pertinent questions, writing in a variety of forms, improving vocabulary, reflecting critically about your own work and that of your peers,
setting goals and solving problems, developing interpersonal skills. Grammar, punctuation and spelling are taught explicitly throughout the year.
