Co, Ltd manufactures cable machinery
for wire stranding and bunching, cable
take-up and payoff, cable coiling and
packing.
The company launched a new design
for bearing support high-speed tubular
strander in 2011.
The high-speed tubular strander series
includes bobbin sizes 200, 300, 400,
500 and 630 according to DIN standard;
bobbin numbers 1+6 and 1+12; and
rotor support modes: all by big bearings;
big bearings and rollers; and all by
rollers.
The machinery can be used to strand bare
copper wire, steel wire, aluminium wire,
ACSR, ACS, aluminium alloy wire round
strand and sector strand.
A large volume lubricant cycle cooling
system keeps the big bearing at a lower
temperature during high-speed running
to guarantee the life of bearing.
A complete welded base simplifies
installation of machinery and reduces
vibration at high-speed running.
Tension control is by electro-magnetic
brake; pintle clamping is pneumatic; and
wire breaking is detected by sensor.
All these controls can be adjusted from
main control desk through PLC.
The main motor, capstan motor and
take-up motor are separately controlled
and synchronised by PLC to form different
pitches.
The line is covered completely by a safety
cover to isolate noise and protect the
operator.
