FLYMCA has produced a high-tech,
complete line within a short delivery time,
in order to help a European customer to
supply cables used for cabling offshore
wind farms, oil and gas production
sites, islands connections or any other
connections under water.
The line is forecast to realise the laying-up
of medium and high voltage cables
with following composition: up to four
conductors of 630mm2, each one with
a diameter of 65mm over insulation;
four additional conductors, each with
a diameter up to 30mm; 16 additional
conductors (fibre optics and filling items),
each up to a diameter of 25mm.
The efficient machine, built with
advanced and updated technical
solutions, can run at up to 20m/min.
FLYMCA builds all types of rotating
machines for production of power and
telecom cables and steel ropes: traditional
stranders; laying-up machines; rigid,
tubular, skip and planetary stranders; bow
cablers; and drum twisting lines.
The company also produces special
machines, such as the one detailed above,
and stranders for manufacturing extra
high voltage cables or unique rotating
machines of huge dimensions, mainly for
umbilical and submarine cables or steel
ropes.
The company produces all of its machines
in Spain.

The equipment in Jian Hwa Enterprise’s
HRT range features servo motors
and Human Machine Interfaces. For
manufacture, HRT is not only used for
through and blind-hole nuts, but also
for special shape or abnormal shape
nuts. It keeps nuts and tapping spindle
absolutely aimed at the centre while
machine tapping.
Based on strong mechanical design
and precise forming, HRT machine life
is extended and longer than traditional
vertical tapping machines. Even running
in the highest tapping speed condition, it
keeps accurate tapping depth and won’t
damage the blind nuts or taps. HRT also
takes the pitch lead to keep the thread in
high quality and match gauge inspection.
The machine possesses CE qualification
and is designed for safety considerations.
