Employees who want to supplement their group accident and death insurance benefits may purchase additional coverage
through Aetna. When you enroll yourself and/or your dependents in this benefit, you pay the full cost through payroll
deductions. You can only enroll a spouse and/or dependents if you enroll yourself for supplemental AD&D insurance
