environments where rough handling and
mechanical control are prevalent.
Polyimide tags are a recent addition
to IML’s product range and withstand
processing temperatures in the region
of +550 C. The material is also available
in self-adhesive format that reduces the
temperature resistance to a still impressive
+370 C.
Rip-proof tags provide ultimate strength
and durability. IML’s Rip-proof has a
virtually indestructible composition, heat
resistance up to +250 C and has a special
smooth thermal transfer printable coating.
Rip-proof material springs back to its
original form after creasing and crushing
making it suitable for tough production
environments and at-bed transportation.
IML also produces an extensive range of
heavy duty self-adhesive labels capable
of withstanding the e ects of sea water
and weathering for prolonged periods
ensuring the data remains on product
long-term.
What sets IML apart from other suppliers is
its ability to correctly interpret a complex
labelling speci cation and provide a fully
tailored solution.
