CLARET PUNCH
tablespoons of sugar
1 slice of lemon
2 or 3 slices of orange
Fill the tumbler with shaved ice, then pour in the claret,
shake well, and ornament with berries in season.
CURACAO PUNCH
1 tablespoonful of sugar
1 wineglass of brandy
Yt. wineglass of Jamaica rum
1 wineglass of water
Yi pony glass of curacao
Juice of half a lemon
Fill the tumber with shaved ice, shake well, and orna
ment with fruits in season. Sip the nedar.
FISH-HOUSE PUNCH
Yz pint lemon juice
M pound white sugar
dissolved in sufficient water
Y2 pint cognac brandy
Y pint peach brandy
Y pint Jamaica rum
4 tablespoons Angostura bitters
2H pints cold water
Ice and serve.
