CANADIAN PUNCH
2 quarts of rye whiskey
1 pint of Jamaica rum
6 lemons, sliced
1 pineapple, sliced
4 quarts of water
Sweeten to taste, and ice.
CENTURY CLUB PUNCH
2 parts old Santa Cruz rum
1 part old Jamaica rum
5 parts water
Lemons and sugar ad lib.
This is a nice punch.
CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
1 quart bottle of wine
M pound of sugar
1 orange, sliced
Juice of a lemon
3 slices of pineapple
1 wineglass of raspberry or strawberry syrup
Ornament with fruit in season; serve in champagne
goblets.
This can be made in quantity by observing the pro
portions as given above. Four bottles of wine make a
gallon, and a gallon is generally sufficient for fifteen per
sons in a mixed party.
