Moose Cocktail.
Fill the mixing glass with cracked
ice and take
one measure Bourbon whiskey
three dashes Abricotine ^
two dashes Angostura bitters,
' stir until very cold and strain into the
cocktail glass. Then drop in a small
piece of pineapple.

Morning Glory CocktaU.
With plenty of cracked ice in the
mixing glass put in
three dashes of gum syrup
two dashes Curacoa
two drops Angostura bitters
one dash of Anisette
one pony-glass of brandy
one pony-glass of whiskey
small piece of lemon peel;
stir thoroughly and strain into a large
fizz glass. Fill up with siphon water.
