Before filing any claim, please review / refer to the following Credit & Return Policy. This policy can also be found online

via the Customer Login Area under Account Information and by selecting the Online Credit Request Program.

This Merchandise Credit & Return Policy is a guide to use when requesting to return merchandise or to receive credit on

merchandise ordered from Hardware House, LLC.

For questions or credit on merchandise shipped please call our customer service department at 877-622-1956.

Help us provide fast and accurate processing by:

1. Providing the invoice number applicable to the merchandise for which credit is requested.

2. Giving a reason for all defective merchandise (describe the defect).

3. Including a copy of the credit request with the merchandise returned to Hardware House, if applicable.

Ship the return merchandise, noted with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by customer service via UPS,

Fed-Ex, or common carrier. Retain a copy of all the RGA for your records.
