The modernization, rehabilitation and expansion of the existing gas transmission infrastructure will guarantee secure and reliable natural gas

transmission, enhance the efficiency, reliability and flexibility of the transmission system and provide the required capacities and pressures. The

implementation of the activities planned will secure the technical capabilities for transmission of additional natural gas quantities through the

territory of the country, coming in through the existing and new entry and exit points, and opportunities for diversification of the directions of

transmission depending on the market interest.
