Freezing of motion in CT
Most common solution: first reduce patient
motion, for example by fixation (head), or a
breathhold (trunk). Try to scan as fast as
possible.
Sometimes it is of interest to freeze the motion of
a specific organ in one phase, or sometimes in
more than one phase.
