Freezing of motion in CT
Assume an organ with a periodic motion pattern
like the heart or the lungs, with respectively their
cardiac, and respiratory cycle.
Phases within the periodic cycles are for example
the diastolic and systolic phases of the heart, and
the full inspiration and full expiration phases of
the lungs.
