Manages the Department’s budget, provides human resources, administrative and contract support, manages infrastructure records,
administers the City’s assessments program, coordinates departmental technology needs and provides applications development and GIS
support.

conducts horizontal and vertical control surveys; provides plan review; utility coordination and contract management services.
