test for 1903.]
Use )Ht.r))ig glass.
Two dashes Pencil and Bitters.
One sprig fresh mint.
One jigger Gordon giti.
Stir and strain into cocktail glass, sei-ee with
olive.
Ping Pong Cocktail.

Use mixing glass.
Three dashes lemon juice.
One-half jigger sloe gin.
One-half jigger Creatn-Yvette.
Eill glass with fine ice, mix aiid strain in cock
tail glass, add cherry.
(Do not get too sweet.)
Automobile Cocktail.
Two dashes gum.
Two dashes of Orange Bitters.
Equal proportions (one-third) of Italian Ver
mouth, Scotch whiskey and Old Tom gin.
Serve with a cherry, or an olive, as desired.
