MIXED DRINKS.
BRANDY SMASH.
Put in mixing-glass one large spoonful sugar,
enough water to dissolve, two sprigs mint, bruise
mint slightly, fill two-thirds full of fine ice, one
jigger brandy; stir well,strain in punch-glass, add
fruit.
ARRACK PUNCH.
Put in lemonade-glass one bar-spoonful sugar,
dissolve in small quantity of water, fill half full of
ice, juice one-eighth lemon, one jigger Arrack.
Stir well, fill with ice, trim with fruits of season,
serve with straws.
WHISKY AND LEMON.
Two or three dashes lemon juice in bar-glass;
serve same as plain whisky.
PLAIN WHISKY TODDY.
The same as old fashion toddy, except the
customer pours in the whisky.
