• Doses in palliative LABC – 50-60 Gy

• Bleeding – 8-20 Gy in 2-5 fractions

• Ulceration, infection, malodor – 20-30 Gy in 5-10 fractions

• Whole chest recurrence „brestplate pattern ”- photons or

electrons, tangential fields.

• Lymph nodes - supraclavicular 71% subjective respons after RT
