dose dependent
, dose should be above 20Gy!
– 10 x 3 Gy,
– 5 x 4 Gy,
• Improvement ~ 72h
• Symptoms - 77% response but only 11% of full recanalisation and 24%-
partial in imaging
• Why such discrepancy?
– RT decrease tumor size what allows for better collateral circulation
