para-aramid, cotton and other fibres,
and can be specially designed to limit

Agir Technologies has marketed
Mouton machines for over a year. With
the integration in the Agir Group, five
new machines have been developed.
At the GRINDTEC 2008 exhibition in
Germany in March, the new internal
grinding machine MI 410 was
introduced, along with the new
SH machine dedicated to the lapping
of small diameters from 0.2 to 3mm.
These machines were also present at
wire Düsseldorf 2008 but attracting
even more interest were the two fully
automatic machines managed by
OPLC, allowing the production and
repair of tungsten carbide dies from
1 to 6.5mm.
One machine, the TCLD-C-CNC, is
dedicated to the working of the
working cone of the dies with control
of the meeting point; the other
machine, the TCLD-B-CNC, calibrates
the bearing of the dies and polishes.
At wire China, Agir Technologies will
exhibit the new automatic machine
TCSD-CB-CNC: one single machine
for the complete production and repair
of tungsten carbide dies of smaller
diameters: the cone and bearing of
dies from 0.20 to 1.5mm can be
ground and then polished automatically
on this machine.
