*Important - Notice the different layout of these three
Kanban examples. Although they are laid out
differently they all contain the main 3 components –
TO DO, DOING and DONE categories. You should
play around with the format of your Kanban and set it
up in a way that makes the most sense to you and/or
your team. Just remember to keep it simple and at a
minimum include the TO DO, DOING and DONE
categories. You may find it useful to include your
“backlog” as well as shown in the first example.
