In recognition of the CALA AGM 2019 event you are hosting with the DoubleTree by Hilton
™
West Edmonton we are
able to offer you additional value added inclusions for your upcoming event:
The Hotel agrees to provide the Client with one (1) complimentary Deluxe room per every 40 paid rooms occupied
by your attendees for the official dates of your meeting listed on the first page of this Agreement. Complimentary
rooms will be credited to the Client once guestrooms have been actualized.
1 (One) Complimentary King suite for the duration of your program
Storage facility offered complimentary for Sunday night
Complimentary self parking
Complimentary internet in banquet space and guest rooms

We are pleased to confirm the following room rates:

The above room rates include complimentary parking, wireless internet access, local and 1-800 phone calls, along
access to our pool, fitness and business centres. Rates are net, non commissionable and are based on single &
double occupancy; a $15.00 charge will apply for each extra adult to a maximum of 4 adults per room.
Children under 12 years of age stay free in their parent’s room.
Pre and Post Dates
We will extend the above group rates, three (3) days before and three (3) days after the contracted convention dates,
subject to guestroom availability.
Tax & Service Charges
Please add 4% Edmonton Tourism Levy, 3% Destination Marketing Fee and 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) to the
above rates.
All room rates are subject to applicable taxes. All tax structures and percentages are subject to change without notice.
Non-residents of Canada are eligible for an exemption from the 5% Goods and Services Tax (room portion only) upon
completion of an Assignment of Rights to Short Term Accommodation.
Reservation Methods
We offer a variety of reservation methods including the following:
Individuals may reserve their guestrooms with one of our Reservation Agents. We offer two (2) reservation
numbers: (780) 484-0821 or our toll free number 1-866-223-8654
An online reservation link to allow your attendees to book their room online and allows you as the organizer to
check pick up at your convenience.
Rooming List – we are pleased to accept rooming lists with your billing instructions. Once these reservations are
processed, you will receive a confirmation list.
Cutoff Date
Room blocks are typically held until 4 weeks prior to arrival after which date, any unsold rooms in your block are released
for general sale.
